The hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping center and mall. This makes it easy to access various restaurants and shops. Rooms are spacious with friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Guests also enjoy good views from the hotel with facilities that meet their needs.
The noise level is sometimes high, and walls are thin.

Fantastic Getaway Spot! My partner and I recently stayed in a charming hotel in the heart of Santiago. the room was well presented, with comfortable and clean beds. Despite fears of being in a chaotic city, we couldn't hear a peep from the outside and were able to enjoy our fabulous night's sleep. the staff members made our experience even better with their welcoming and friendly attitude.
Room Climate Although the amenities of the hotel were grand, the room was a bit too warm for our liking during one night of the stay. We would have benefited from better temperature control in the bedrooms, but it was just a small hiccup in regards to the larger overall experience.

Spacious rooms & great location
Visited a hotel recently and it was fantastic. The rooms were incredibly spacious, which made our stay much more comfortable. But the best aspects were the location and the price. It was situated in the heart of the city center, so we were able to explore the city without worrying about transportation. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, which was a perfect way to start our day.
The only downsides were the noise level and the outdated decor. The hotel was located on a busy street, so there was a lot of traffic noise outside.
